The machine is mainly used for refrigerator&freezer door forming.It consist of drive unit，curing oven，ground rail heating and ventilation system，Carrier，foaming mixture，injection area exhausting system，earthed system，injection manipulator，pneumatic system ,mould locking device ,guide rail for mould open and close movement,hydraulic system,electrical control system.The conveyor line,working table for post treatment and high pressure forming system shall be provide by buyer.
The line adopts circular layout,which is driven by hydraulic motor with reducers and heat by steam or mould temp.
Working procedure :
Loading manually – closing fixture by guide pathway - injecting manually – heat – curing – automatically unlocking – open fixture by guide pathway – unloading manually – bubble cleaning .
